Candice Patterson - Office Manager
Candice grew up in Saginaw and now lives in West Michigan (in a Livingston Homes custom home!). She has been with the team since 2020. She manages our crazy office - from bookkeeping, communicating with potential and current clients, and subcontractors. She’s the go to person in our office. Candice loves helping everyone in the office stay organized and communicating with everyone to make sure we are all on the same page! She is married and has 1 son. Candice enjoys cooking, making wine, being outdoors, and family time with her husband and son.
Carie Lokers - Selections Coordinator and Interior Designer
Carie moved back from California in 2018 after being there for almost 10 years to join the team! She helps our clients stay on track when it comes to the selections and finishes of their home. Carie has worked as an interior designer since 2003 and helps our clients visualize their home. She enjoys helping our clients vision become a reality. From drawing and designing spaces, to helping clients select finishes for their homes. Carie is married with 1 son and 2 daughters. She loves all things Disney, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Erynn Lokers - Estimating and Marketing Manager
Erynn has worked with Ryan since 2011 at his boat rental business and transitioned into Livingston Homes in 2014. She produces estimates and communicates with the suppliers and subcontractors about potential projects. Erynn also manages the marketing for the business. She loves learning more about the construction process, working through the estimating process, and collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers. Erynn enjoys photography, baking & cooking, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her puppy, Koda!
Grant Weick - Project Manager
Grant lives in West Michigan and has been part of the team since 2013. He creates the schedules for all of our projects. He works hard to make sure the projects are done in a timely manner. Grant enjoys being on the job sites with our subcontractors and suppliers to work through the projects! He is married with 2 sons. Grant spends his free time with his family on the boat waterskiing, playing hockey, and being outside.
Josh Lau - Laborer
Josh has been working with Livingston Homes since 2017. He demos, frames, and installs whatever is needed on the job sites! Josh is a huge help to our team and helps us keep the jobs moving. He loves making us laugh and helping out. Josh has 1 son and 1 daughter. He loves spending time with his kids, friends, and cooking yummy food.
Rob Saurbaugh - Project Manager
Rob grew up in Grand Haven and has been with Livingston Homes since 2020. He creates the project schedules and visits the job sites daily. Rob’s background in construction gives him an eye for detail and he makes sure that the projects are top quality! He enjoys checking on the projects to make sure things are going smoothly and communicates with the clients. Rob is married and has 2 daughters and 1 son. He loves playing soccer, coaching soccer, skateboarding, and spending time with his family.
Ryan Livingston - Owner
Ryan has been in the construction industry since 2002 and founded Livingston Homes of West Michigan in 2003. He has lived in West Michigan his entire life and grew up in Grand Rapids. As the owner of the company, he is the foundation! Ryan takes care of his employees, clients, family and friends. He loves going to the job sites and meeting with clients. He is extremely dedicated to this company and his family. Ryan is married with 1 daughter and 1 son! He enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and all things golf, especially being on the course.
Scott Robertson - Punchlist Coordinator
Scott has been working for Livingston Homes since 2018. He coordinates the end of our projects by connecting with our clients to create punchlists! Scott enjoys seeing all of the finished projects and making sure the final touches are completed. He has 1 son and loves spending time with him, being on the race track, working on his car, and is an amateur donut sommelier.
Sydney Livingston - Office Mascot
Sydney has been part of the team since 2016. She is our office therapist and is a professional cuddler. Sydney loves to greet everyone with a happy face and a wiggly butt. She is an Australian Shepherd and enjoys playing catch, running around the job sites, and going to work!
